3-D Matrix (PuraStat)
A transparent, bioresorbable haemostatic gel made of synthetic peptides. On contact with blood, the peptide solution self-assembles into a 3-dimensional nanofiber scaffold that forms a physical barrier over the bleeding site — used for haemostasis during surgery and to reduce delayed bleeding after GI endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
